Job Responsibilities: Processing customs declarations for import, export, and transit; processing intrastat declarations; communicating with customs authorities and other government institutions; reviewing and processing documentation for customs proceedings (invoices, transport documents, goods origin, tariff schedules); arranging customs regimes according to the nature of goods and customer requirements; advising clients on customs regulations and tariff classification of goods; resolving document discrepancies and handling complaints related to customs proceedings; monitoring changes in customs legislation and their practical application; routine work with relevant information systems in preparing and submitting customs declarations. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in customs proceedings; valid driver's license category B – active driver; knowledge of customs regulations and tariff schedules; knowledge of PC work (Office, Helios, and InstatEvo preferred); clean criminal record; attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work independently; strong communication and organizational skills; analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
