We are now recruiting a Cargo Coordinator for our Customer Service team in Göteborg for a temporary position of approximately one year. About the role As a Cargo Coordinator, you'll be part of our Customer Service team within Ferry and work closely with customers, terminals, and internal functions to ensure smooth transportation solutions. The role combines customer service, planning, and administration, and you play an important role in creating a high level of service and efficient cargo flow management. Your main responsibilities will be to: Book export cargo and confirm bookings with customers Plan and optimize vessel capacity utilization Handle hazardous goods bookings Maintain daily contact with customers, terminals, and other partners Handle export and import documentation in connection with vessel calls Follow up on and quality assure bookings and transports The position is full-time and involves scheduled working hours, including evening and weekend work. We believe that you: Have experience in customer service, coordination, or administration Ideally have experience from the transport, logistics, or service industry Are comfortable prioritizing and organizing your work Have good computer skills and easily learn new working methods Thrive with teamwork and contribute to a positive team climate Speak Swedish and English well, both spoken and written Post-secondary education in logistics, transport, or maritime studies is a merit.
