Café Assistant / Barista About the Position We are looking for a service-oriented and responsible café employee for our café. As a café assistant/barista, you will be an important part of our team and work to provide our customers with pleasant service and a positive café experience. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages Prepare and serve simple café products and meals Handle the register and process payments Keep the café clean, neat, and well-organized Stock supplies and prepare the workstation Follow routines for hygiene, food handling, and quality control Assist with other tasks that arise in café operations Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Is service-oriented and customer-focused Is responsible and detail-oriented Can work independently and as part of a team Has a positive and professional demeanor Is flexible and can work at a fast pace Has an interest in the café and service industry Experience from a café, restaurant, or similar service work is a plus but not required. Languages Swedish or English is a plus. Knowledge of English is an advantage as we serve customers with different language backgrounds.
