We are looking for you to work with digital property information, CAD, and technical documentation. In this role, you will be responsible for quality assurance and updating of models and drawings, as well as structure and content in our digital archives.

Job Description
You work closely with both projects, management, and other internal stakeholders and become an important link between the organization's needs and the digital tools and processes that support our work. The role combines structure and precision with technology, problem-solving, and development.
Your main responsibilities
• Update and maintain models, drawings, and property technical information.
• Manage publication of model and drawing files in digital archives and viewing archives.
• Quality assure and verify relationship models.
• Ensure a well-functioning structure and relevant content in our digital archives.
• Support projects and management in CAD-related matters and contribute technical expertise and problem-solving.
• Participate in setting requirements for model files and developing methods for digital information management.
• Handle orders and deliveries as well as coordination with representatives from construction projects.
An important part of the role is to contribute to developing our working methods. You participate in improvement work together with colleagues and other parts of the organization and help shape processes, routines, and documentation for daily work.
Work Group
You will become part of our technical team where specialists in various technical fields work together to develop and manage Region Östergötland's properties. We value knowledge sharing, collaborative teamwork, and a shared commitment to finding sustainable solutions.
About You
You have a university or college education with a focus on building or installation technology or equivalent experience. You have strong competence in CAD software such as AutoCAD, MagiCad, and Revit.
You express yourself well in Swedish in both speech and writing. A driver's license (category B) is required as the position involves travel within Östergötland.
