The firm has offices in Mönsterås and Högsby. About the Position The role is divided between office coordinator (50%) and accounting consultant (50%). As an office coordinator, you are the hub of our operations and are responsible for system support, customer administration, the firm's internal finances and administration, and office management. You will coordinate internal activities, manage systems and licenses, and contribute to structure, organization, and excellent service for both customers and colleagues. As an accounting consultant, you will work with colleagues on clients' ongoing accounting, reconciliations, preliminary closing work, and digitalization. We're Looking for You if You · Have good experience managing and administering different systems and an interest in digital solutions · Are service-oriented, positive, and enjoy customer contact · Have strong organizational skills and express yourself well verbally and in writing · Have experience with accounting work or an interest in developing within this area. Experience is a merit.
