Right now, we're looking for a Construction Project Manager at 100% for our establishment department. The role is based at our office in Stockholm and you report to the Construction and Real Estate Manager. The team consists of a group of engaged colleagues with various specialist expertise in establishment, construction, and real estate. Since you'll be working close to our various establishment projects around the country, travel is part of the job. Your assignment As a Construction Project Manager in construction and establishment at STC, you'll have a key role in our expansive growth journey. You're responsible for planning, leading, and following up on construction projects – both new establishments and renovation/reinvestment projects. You take over when our establishment specialists have signed new agreements or renegotiated agreements with property owners and are responsible for leading and driving construction and establishment projects from start to finish, from initial sketch and budget to completed gym. Your focus is on ensuring that each project is executed according to plan, budget, and timeline, with high quality and in line with STC's concept. The role involves coordinating all parts of the construction process: design, construction, contractors, suppliers, and internal functions. You ensure that processes flow efficiently, that risks are identified and managed, and that projects are executed in a consistent, cost-effective, and sustainable way. You maintain close dialogue with operational management to ensure they have all the information they need to provide our members with the best possible service during ongoing construction projects. When a project is completed and handed over, the service department takes over responsibility for ongoing matters related to the gyms. Simply put, this is a role for you who wants to combine project management, construction technical expertise, and business understanding while being an important puzzle piece in STC's continued expansion and vision to get more people moving. Who are you? We're looking for someone with experience leading construction and establishment projects and who thrives in an environment with high pace and quick decisions. You're confident in taking responsibility for the entire process, from planning to implementation, and can balance both the strategic and operational. As a person, you're organized, solution-oriented, and persistent but also communicative and collaborative. You understand the importance of building good relationships with contractors, suppliers, and colleagues to achieve the best results. Requirements: Post-secondary education in construction, project management, or equivalent. Documented experience in project management within construction/establishment, preferably in a role with overall responsibility. Good knowledge of the construction process, including procurement, construction law, and regulatory requirements. Ability to drive multiple parallel projects with focus on time, cost, and quality. Very good IT skills and experience with project management tools. Strong communication skills and confidence in leading and coordinating both internal and external parties. Fluent Swedish, spoken and written. Meritorious: Experience from construction projects within retail, real estate, or the fitness/wellness industry. Experience with establishment in a rapidly growing organization. The tests consist of a logical problem-solving test and a personality test. The tests take approximately 30 minutes in total to complete, and you'll receive information and sample tasks before you begin the actual test.
