For more information, visit bollebygd.se The Building and Environment Administration currently consists of eight environmental inspectors, three building permit officers, three administrators, and an administration manager. The administration works with, among other things, building permits, housing adaptation, environmental and health protection, food, pharmaceuticals, tobacco, and alcohol. Working with community development issues in Bollebygd is developing and rewarding, and we hope that you, as a trained building permit officer, want to be a key player in our community development work. With us, you will have the opportunity to work with the entire building permit process in close collaboration with planners, environmental inspectors, and other functions within the Building and Environment Administration and the municipality. As an employee, you have a central role and significant responsibility for continuously developing our operations. We are now expanding and strengthening the administration and are looking for you who wants to contribute knowledge, work enthusiasm, and community spirit to our Building and Environment Administration. 1 position(s). JOB DUTIES We are looking for someone who wants to work with building inspections, housing adaptations, process building permits, demolition permits, preliminary decisions, and reportable measures. Since we are a small administration, you will also work with accessibility issues, shoreline protection, and conduct supervision according to the Planning and Building Act. The work is varied and developing and you manage your cases independently. You work in close cooperation with your manager and colleagues in the administration, and you also have close collaboration with your colleagues in other parts of the municipality regarding matters such as detailed plans and technical infrastructure. As a building permit officer, you work independently with significant personal responsibility but naturally in close cooperation with your colleagues in the Building and Environment Administration, other officials in the municipality, developers, consultants, and various authorities affected or who will be affected by the decisions made. The position includes providing advice over the phone and meetings with municipality residents within the administration's area of responsibility. QUALIFICATIONS Requirements • University degree as an architect or civil engineer, alternatively completed training as a building permit officer combined with work experience in the profession, or other qualifications that the employer considers relevant for the position • Strong knowledge of the Planning and Building Act, Planning and Building Regulations, the Environmental Code, and Boverket's new building regulations • Category B driver's license Meritorious • Experience in building permit processing • Experience with the EDP Vision business system within Building and Environment You have a strong interest in community development, are positive and committed with the customer in focus. You enjoy developing work together with your colleagues. You are communicative and have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish both orally and in writing. As a person, you are solution-focused, structured, and have an easy time collaborating. Great weight is placed on personal suitability. Salary form: Monthly salary.
