We are growing and are now seeking an additional construction manager based in southern Stockholm!
About the Role
We offer our customers full-service contracts, which means our construction department takes full responsibility for the building process. As a construction manager, you take over the process after handover from sales and coordinate and supervise the construction in close dialogue with our network of external contractors, customer manager, consultants, authorities, and other stakeholders through to final inspection/handover to the customer. In the role of construction manager, you are responsible for leading, planning, and monitoring the buildings in your region to ensure that quality, cost, and schedule are maintained. Of course, you strive for zero defects at every final inspection.
The role also includes administrative tasks. You report to the construction manager located in Bromölla. This is a permanent employment, full-time position, and this is a mobile role based at our office in Vendelsö. The role involves day trips within your region, but longer trips with overnight stays may also occur.
We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in construction and approximately five years of experience in the construction industry, for example as a construction manager, foreman, or in another role where you have gained leadership experience.
You need to be a confident person who can work independently, but equally important is that you are curious and want to continue developing and learning more with us. Knowledge of contract law such as ABS ABT06 AB04, Bas P/Bas U, and practical experience with prefabricated single-family homes are advantageous.
You have good communication and social skills and feel equally comfortable with our contractors as with our customers. With good structure, collaboration skills, and attentiveness, you work proactively and solution-oriented.
As a person, you are communicative, engaged, and have an easy way of building trust. In addition, you have good computer skills and strong administrative abilities. A B-class driver's license and good knowledge of the Office suite are required.
