At the Department of Technology and Services, we work with important aspects of the municipality's services and infrastructure. Our mission includes properties, streets, parks and other public spaces, water and sewage, as well as meal services. Together with others, we contribute to a well-functioning and sustainable everyday life for those who live, work, and stay in Enköping.
The Real Estate Division is tasked with providing facilities for education, childcare, elderly care, sports, and much more. The municipality manages approximately 220 buildings with a combined area of around 300,000 square meters. The Real Estate Division consists of two result units: projects and property services. Within property services there are 3 units: cleaning services, operations services, and property management. In total, approximately 150 people work in the division.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a project manager, your main tasks will be:
• lead and carry out renovations, new construction, and extensions
• develop ideas and create proposals for space adaptations
• prepare budgets, investment analyses, and rental calculations
• plan and procure new and renovation work as well as maintenance work
• coordinate and be responsible for internal and external coordination of projects
• collaborate with other functions in the department working on property services, technology, leasing, finance, IT, and communications
QUALIFICATIONS
We're looking for you with higher education in building technology, project management, real estate economics, or relevant professional experience that we consider equivalent. We'd like to see that you have worked several years in the real estate and construction industry. Experience in public sector, the Public Procurement Act (LOU), and contract law is a merit. Strong digital skills and interest in AI and digital tools that develop operations.
You need to have good knowledge of and preferably have worked with financial management. A Category B driver's license is required.
As a person, you work well with others. You take responsibility for your work by being action-oriented and thorough. You need to be attentive to the client's changing needs and the department's decisions. Furthermore, you communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
Employment type: Permanent employment.
Duration: Permanent, start date: By mutual agreement.

At the interview stage, you must provide proof of your citizenship. You can do this with a passport or certificate of citizenship along with a valid ID document. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must provide proof of a valid work permit or be exempt from the requirement to have one. Employment can only take place after verification of work permit according to the Aliens Ordinance.
