Sandviken Södra Din hälsocentral is a well-established health center with forward-thinking practices and a focus on professional development. Approximately 11,200 patients are registered with us. We currently have about 50 employees, including physicians, nurses, district nurses, nursing assistants, occupational therapists, physical therapists, medical secretaries, psychosocial team members, and rehabilitation coordinators. JOB DUTIES
As a child health nurse at a family center, you work with health promotion and disease prevention for children between 0 and 6 years old and their families, in close cooperation with open preschools, midwives (maternal health care), and social services' preventive activities. As a child health nurse, you work according to the national child health care program.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in child health care. You should be organized and have a strong ability to collaborate, as the child health care unit is located at a family center. You value others' competence, are receptive to feedback, and actively contribute to an open and inclusive work environment. You plan and organize your work in an efficient and thorough manner and have the ability to identify and address challenges in good time. You are also relationship-focused, take initiative to establish new contacts, and build trusting collaborations both internally and externally.
In the role of child health nurse, you should
• be a licensed registered nurse with a specialist nursing degree as a district nurse including prescribing authority, or a registered nurse specializing in child and adolescent care including prescribing authority
• hold a class B driver's license.
For this position, it is advantageous if you have knowledge and experience in child health care and its guidelines.
