VSIA "Latvijas Valsts ceļi" Reg. no. 40003344207 invites applications for PROJECT MANAGER In the Project Implementation Department Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and monitor the execution of road renovation, reconstruction, and new construction projects. Represent the client's interests in contracts with partner organizations during the construction process. Participate in project procurement commissions. Provide opinions, suggestions, and consultations on road construction technologies and quality control issues. Participate in the development and improvement of methodological materials and guidelines. Ensure the circulation and coordination of construction project documentation, including preparing information in English for international partner organizations. Provide explanations, information, and responses to partner and supervising institutions. Requirements for Candidates: Higher education in transport construction specialization. At least 3 years of work experience in the road construction sector. Skills to coordinate and monitor construction project execution in accordance with deadlines, budget, and quality requirements. Knowledge of transport construction design, construction, and site supervision, with ability to apply it in practice. Familiarity with project management and task management tool principles. Knowledge of regulatory acts governing road construction. Strong communication, planning, and collaboration skills. Ability to apply professional knowledge and improve it. State language proficiency at C1 level. English language proficiency at least B2 level for communication in international professional organizations within the scope of job duties.
