Your Work and ImpactYou will guide the municipality's construction initiatives from idea to quality result – you will prepare design and work specifications, as well as documentation needed for construction, renovation, and renewal.
You will coordinate the preparation, review, and submission of documents to the building authority and the State Construction Control Bureau.
You will manage and supervise the progress of construction work on municipal facilities, organize construction meetings, and work with involved parties to resolve practical issues.
You will organize construction supervision for projects of various scales – from facility and utility network renewal to territory improvements.
You will participate in evaluating quotations and cost estimates, preparing technical specifications, market research, and assessing procurement proposals.
You will ensure technical assessment of municipal buildings: organize inspections, participate in reviews, and develop recommendations for building maintenance.
You will be involved in planning, preparation, and implementation of municipal and external funding investment projects.
What We Expect from YouHigher education in civil engineering (professional qualification level 5).
At least 2 years of practical work experience in the construction field is preferred.
We will consider a construction practice certificate and/or construction supervision or construction management certificate as an advantage.
Category B driver's license.
Responsible, independent, and results-oriented approach to work, with ability to plan time and resources.
Good digital skills and willingness to use specialized industry software.
