As a retail sales associate at Lidl, you have a key role! You are the face of our company to our customers and for you, the customer is always number one. You are passionate about providing great service every day. In the role of retail sales associate, you get to work varied with all different tasks that are part of daily store operations.
This includes tasks such as:
• Unpack all merchandise and ensure shelves are well-stocked
• Ensure freshness and expiration dates on products
• Keep the store clean and fresh
• Serve customers at the checkout
• And of course you contribute, together with your colleagues, with that extra something to give our customers the best store experience!
We're looking for you who wants to be part of a team that works together and wants to move forward. You have the ability to identify tasks that need to be done and you are driven by working results-oriented and contributing to the store's success.
• We see it as positive if you have experience working in a service-oriented industry
• You are flexible with working hours and have a positive attitude toward change
• You speak and write Swedish fluently
• Based on the nature of the work and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2023:2, chapter 8 and appendix 2), you need to be at least 18 years old

Recruiting is done with ongoing selection, so we'd like to see your application as soon as possible, but no later than 2026-09-16. Since the store is open all week, work will be scheduled where early morning shifts, day shifts, evening shifts and weekend shifts are included.
