Job Description & Offer Do you have previous experience working in customer service? Are you service-oriented and interested in working in a customer-facing role? If so, read on about the position of retail sales associate at Ahlsell in Kristianstad! PerformIQ is recruiting on behalf of Ahlsell a hardworking person for a short-term assignment as a retail sales associate. At Ahlsell, you will work with varied tasks in the store, with a focus on sales and customer service. The assignment starts on 19/10 and runs for 2–4 weeks with the possibility of extension. Your responsibilities will include: • Operate the cash register and process customer purchases. • Greet and assist customers with questions and help them find the right products. • Stock merchandise and ensure shelves are well-organized. • Inventory and verify the store's stock levels. • Maintain order in the store and help where needed. Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is a quick learner, positive, and has a desire to learn. We would appreciate it if you have previous experience from retail, café, or restaurant work. You also have good initiative and are happy to help where needed. It is important that you are flexible and outgoing in your customer service and that you value providing world-class service to every customer. We see that you: • Have previous experience from service work and cash register systems. • Preferably have worked in retail before. • Preferably have a driver's license and access to a car, but this is not a requirement. We highly value your qualities and would appreciate it if you have a background in sports or community activities.
