As a retail sales associate at Lidl, you have a key role! You are the face of our company to our customers, and for you, the customer is always number one. You are passionate about providing excellent service every day. In the role of retail sales associate, you get to work with varied tasks that are part of daily store operations.
This includes tasks such as:
• Unpack all goods and ensure shelves are well-stocked
• Ensure freshness and expiration dates on products
• Keep the store clean and fresh
• Serve customers at the checkout
• And of course, you contribute, together with your colleagues, with that extra touch to give our customers the best shopping experience!
We're looking for you, someone who wants to be part of a team that works together and wants to move forward. You have the ability to identify tasks that need to be done, and you are driven by working results-oriented and contributing to the store's success.
• We see it as positive if you have experience working in a service-oriented industry
• You are flexible with working hours and have a positive attitude toward change
• You speak fluent Swedish, both spoken and written
• Based on the nature of the tasks and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2023:2, ch. 8 and appendix 2), you must be at least 18 years old

This is a permanent position with an initial probation period of 25 hours per week. Since the store is open all days of the week, work will be scheduled with early morning shifts, daytime shifts, evening shifts, and weekend shifts included.
