Now we're looking for three committed store associates with extended responsibility, or as we say – assistant store managers, who want to rock 30 hours a week with us in our upcoming Sisjön store! As an assistant store manager at Lidl, you have a key role! You are the face of our company to our customers and for you, the customer is always number one. You are expected to be a role model in daily store operations and ensure that our stores maintain high standards and exceed customer expectations every day. In addition, your role includes being a good colleague and supporting the team to achieve great results. The role includes tasks such as: • Ensure and deliver excellent customer service in the store • Participate in daily work in an exemplary manner, which includes among other things unpacking goods and ensuring shelves are well-stocked, ensuring freshness and expiration dates on products, keeping the store clean and fresh, and serving customers at the checkout • Contribute to the store living up to our core values of customer friendliness, product availability, freshness, cleanliness, and profitability • Support the training of new colleagues • Take greater responsibility for store operations including key metrics when the store manager and assistant manager are not present We are looking for someone who is responsible, has a good sense of customer service, and is a skilled problem solver. You enjoy planning and managing work, and you are driven to work results-oriented and contribute to the store's success in a fast-paced environment.
