As a store associate at Lidl, you have a key role! You are the face of our company to our customers, and for you, the customer always comes first. You're passionate about delivering great service every day. In your role as store associate, you'll work on a variety of tasks that are part of our daily store operations.
This includes tasks such as:
• Unpacking all merchandise and ensuring shelves are well-stocked
• Ensuring freshness and checking expiration dates on products
• Keeping the store clean and fresh
• Serving customers at the checkout
• And of course, you contribute, together with your colleagues, that extra something to give our customers the best store experience!
We're looking for you—someone who wants to be part of a team that works together and wants to move forward. You have the ability to identify tasks that need to be done, and you're driven by working results-oriented and contributing to the store's success.
• We see it as a plus if you have experience working in a customer service-oriented industry
• You're flexible with working hours and have a positive attitude toward change
• You speak Swedish fluently in both speech and writing
• Based on the nature of the tasks and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2023:2, ch. 8 and appendix 2), you need to be at least 18 years old

This position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period of 25 hours per week. Since the store is open every day of the week, work will be scheduled to include early morning shifts, daytime shifts, evening shifts, and weekend shifts.
