Position: Fixed-term employment of 15 hours per week through 2027-01-03 Start Date: By agreement. Work Hours: Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends are a natural part of the work. You put the finishing touch on the customer experience You have the chance to make the final impression on our customers' visits, so you have an important role in making the customer experience smooth and pleasant. It can mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude. You should make sure the customer leaves happy—and preferably with an extra item in their basket and a good feeling! What will you do? Each day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main tasks are: Ensure customers leave the store with a smile (and maybe an extra item or new inspiration). Work the cashier, including service transactions. Help with restocking and create a pleasant store environment. Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store – we are a team and help where needed! Who are you? You are a natural problem-solver who enjoys pace and energy. A friendly hello and an extra helping hand are second nature to you. Do you thrive meeting customers? Great! If you've also worked in retail or cashier before – even better! We believe that you: Have a high school education and speak and write Swedish fluently. Since our customers speak more languages, it's wonderful if you do too. Love meeting customers and think service should be genuine and engaged. Enjoy doing things together and bring energy and joy.
