We are now looking for more team members who want to work extra shifts as retail sales associates in one of our store pools for Lindex or MQ. As a team member, you are employed by us at Retail Staffing and work on assignment for one of our customers' retail chains. You will be assigned to a retail chain and rotate between the chain's different stores as needed. You book yourself quickly and easily via our app for the work shifts that suit you and your schedule. We collaborate with MQ and Lindex in Norrtälje, and also work with companies such as Hemtex and Lagerhaus in the Stockholm area. As a sales associate, you participate in all of the store's regular tasks such as sales at the checkout and on the floor, customer service, warehouse, and order picking. As a sales associate, you always provide excellent customer experience and exceed customer expectations. You are outgoing and actively engage in customer interactions. You show availability and openness and are responsive to various customers' specific needs. You take personal responsibility and work as a team with your colleagues in the store to reach your goals. Experience/Qualifications: It is a requirement that you have another primary occupation for at least one year going forward. This can be in the form of studies at a minimum of 50%, part-time work at a minimum of 50% (temporary or hourly employment does not count), or alternatively being self-employed with an active f-tax registration You have completed upper secondary school and are at least 18 years old You have previously worked as a retail sales associate with direct sales in retail You can work at least 2 shifts on weekdays during daytime per week, and there is also opportunity for weekend and evening work You can work irregular hours and with short notice You have good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written You are in good physical condition and can perform all store tasks without limitation Personal Qualities: You are a driven person who is motivated by sales and passionate about customer interaction You find it rewarding to work at different stores and meet new colleagues You take your own initiative and are responsible You are a team player who enjoys working closely with your colleagues You are flexible and thrive in a fast-paced environment We Offer: A rewarding part-time job with the opportunity to work in several different stores within the same retail chain Flexible working hours, as we work with an app where you book yourself in for shifts that suit you and your schedule Industry experience and the opportunity to build a broad network Close and personal collaboration with us at Retail Staffing Application: We value the qualities that equal age and gender distribution as well as ethnic and cultural diversity bring to the organization.
