Your Role
As a store associate at Lidl, you have a key role! You are the face of our store to our customers, and for you the customer is always number one. You simply have a passion for delivering great service every day. In the role of store associate, you'll work in a variety of ways with all the different tasks that are part of daily store operations.
This includes tasks such as:
• Unpack all merchandise and ensure shelves are well-stocked
• Ensure freshness and expiration dates on products
• Keep the store clean and fresh
• Serve customers at the checkout
• And of course, you contribute, together with your colleagues, with that little extra to give our customers the best store experience!
Your Profile
We're looking for you who want to be part of a team that works together and wants to move forward. You have the ability to identify tasks that need to be done and you are driven to work results-oriented and contribute to the store's success.
• We see it as positive if you have experience working in a service-oriented industry
• You are flexible with work hours and have a positive attitude toward change
• You speak Swedish fluently, both verbally and in writing
• Based on the nature of the work tasks and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2023:2, ch. 8 and appendix 2), you need to be at least 18 years old

Recruiting is done with continuous selection, so we'd love to see your application as soon as possible. The position is a temporary role of 5 hours per week. Since the store is open every day of the week, work will be scheduled with early morning shifts, day shifts, evening shifts, and weekend shifts included.
