Ahlsell Bulltofta is Sweden's largest Ahlsell store. We're proud of what we've built, but we constantly want to improve. Now we're looking for an engaged sales associate for our Electrical department. About the role As a sales associate in the Electrical department, you help our professional customers with product selection, technical questions, and orders. You listen to understand what the customer needs and ensure it's easy to find the right product or solution. Your responsibilities include: Ordering goods and monitoring inventory levels Adapting the assortment based on customer demand Planning displays and implementing campaigns Ensuring the department is well-stocked, organized, and easy to shop in You work closely with your colleague in the Electrical department while also being part of the entire store team. The role therefore also includes shared tasks such as picking orders, restocking, and cashier work. Who are you? We're looking for someone with experience in the electrical industry and strong knowledge of electrical products and materials. Your experience could come from hands-on electrical work or from sales and consulting. What matters is that you understand the products, can understand the customer's needs, and feel confident recommending the right solution. As a person, you're curious, solution-oriented, and service-minded. You take initiative, drive your tasks forward, and maintain good customer service even when things are busy. You enjoy collaborating and contribute to making both the department and store run smoothly.
