Position details: Permanent employment at 32 hours per week, probationary period applies.
Start date: By agreement.
Work hours: Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends are a natural part of the work.
We welcome applicants of all ages, but due to the Work Environment Act, you must be at least 18 years old to work in the bakery department.
You put the finishing touch on the customer experience
You have the chance to make a big impact on our customers' visits, so you have an important mission to make the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This could mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude, so the customer finds their way around the store. You should make sure the customer leaves satisfied – and ideally with an extra item in their basket and a good feeling!
What will you do?
Each day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main tasks are:
Ensure customers leave the store with a smile (and perhaps an extra item or new inspiration).
Work with baking and producing everything from sourdough bread to princess cakes.
Handle customer orders, stock replenishment, and create a pleasant store environment with order and organization.
Contribute to offering our customers a fresh and inspiring bakery department.
Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store – we're a team and help where needed!
Who are you?
You're a natural problem-solver who enjoys pace and energy. A friendly hello and an extra helping hand are a given for you. Do you have a great interest in baking? Excellent! If you have previous experience in a bakery/confectionery – even better!
We believe that you:
Have a high school diploma and speak and write Swedish fluently. Since our customers speak more languages than that, it's great if you do too.
Previous experience/education in baking or confectionery is a merit.
Love meeting customers and believe that service should be genuine and engaged.
Enjoy doing things together and contribute energy and joy.
Are curious, solution-oriented, and see when something needs to be done and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to get it done!
