We're looking for you who loves food, people, and sales and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Hemma Göteborg Vårväderstorget! The position involves helping our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices.
The position includes: A permanent employment of 26 hours per week and a permanent employment of 12 hours per week; a trial period applies.
Start date: 2026-09-28 or by agreement.
Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Secondary education, good Swedish language skills (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8 and Appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years due to the nature of the work tasks.

Together with your colleagues, you manage the daily operations of the store, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks good.
You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding a product or paying for it.
After a while, you will also place orders and plan sales, as well as contribute to the store reaching its sales and profitability goals.

About you

It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or customer service, but it's not a requirement.
