About the Job
We're looking for you who loves food, people, and sales and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Hemma Göteborg Vårväderstorget! In short, this role means you help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices.
Position Details: Temporary position at 26 hours per week until 2027-12-01
Start Date: 2026-09-28 or by agreement
Working Hours: You will vary between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends
Requirements: Upper secondary education, excellent Swedish language skills (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.

Together with your colleagues, you manage the daily store operations, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great.
You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether they need help finding an item or paying for it.
After a while, you will also place orders and plan sales, and help the store reach its sales and profitability goals.

About You

It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or customer service, but it's not required.
You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more than one language, so if you do too, that's fantastic!
