We're looking for you who love food, people and sales and want to be part of our wonderful team at Willys Örebro Västhaga! This position means, in short, that you contribute to our customers being able to shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices.
Position details: Permanent full-time employment with probation period.
Start date: 2026-10-05 or by agreement.
Work schedule: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings and weekends.
Requirements: Upper secondary education, good skills in Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.
Here's a bit more about the position:
The position is primarily focused on the deli and meat department.
Together with your colleagues, you manage the varied daily operations in the fresh produce department, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great.
You meet our customers with knowledge, sensitivity and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding a product or paying for it.
After a while, you will also place orders and plan sales, as well as contribute to the store reaching its sales and profitability goals.

About you

It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or in service, but it's not a requirement.
You speak, write and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more than one language, so if you do the same that's great!
