We are currently looking for: 2 retail associates at 80% 4 retail associates at 60% About the job As a retail associate at Sportshopen, you are an important part of our daily operations. You meet our customers, help them find the right products, and ensure they have a really great experience with us. Workdays vary and in addition to customer service and sales, your responsibilities include: Cash register work Unpacking and restocking merchandise Displays and price marking Maintaining order and ensuring the right products are in the right place Contributing to making the store inspirational and welcoming for our customers We work together as a team and help each other where needed. Your experience We'd like you to have retail experience, ideally in sports, outdoor, or other sales. You have a genuine interest in sports and leisure and enjoy sharing your knowledge with our customers. What matters most to us is who you are and what you can contribute. Our terms The positions are permanent appointments that begin with a six-month probationary period. Working hours vary and weekend work occurs. Start date is by agreement. Selection and interviews take place continuously during the application period, so positions may be filled before the final application deadline. Swedemount Sportswear & Fashion AB was founded in 1991 and today operates 23 stores under the name Sportshopen and one store under the name Bazar. In Sörred outside Gothenburg, we have our 20,000 sqm automated warehouse and offices. In Grebbestad on the west coast, our head office is located along with our largest store, which is the Nordic region's largest sports store at 14,000 sqm. Our stores are located throughout Sweden, from north to south, with a growing e-commerce operation that also extends to the European market. Sportshopen is today one of the largest independent operators in Sweden for sports and leisure retail.
