As a Store Associate you get to take great personal responsibility for our customers to easily find what they are looking for.
You shall ensure that our shelves are well-stocked and that it is clean and tidy in our store.
Together with your colleagues you shall focus on positive customer service, sales and ensure that we maintain the highest quality. You will be an important part of the chain towards an inspiring store experience.
The position is: Hour-based employment as needed
Start date: By agreement.
Working hours: You will alternate between working early mornings, daytime, evenings and weekends.
What We Expect From You
That you are interested in food, enjoy working with customers and sales is a requirement for the role. Below you can see what more is expected of you as a Store Associate at Hemköp:
That you work well in a team, are thorough and quality-conscious. Furthermore, you should enjoy a fast pace.
Together with your colleagues you shall handle the daily operations of the store. This means, for example, that you are service and sales-oriented, but also that you have a sense for both details and the big picture.
With reference to the Work Environment Act (Chapter 5) and the Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8 and Appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 16 years of age.
