As a Store Associate, you will take significant responsibility in ensuring our customers can easily find what they are looking for.
You will ensure that our shelves are well-stocked and that our store is clean and tidy.
Together with your colleagues, you will focus on positive customer service, sales, and ensuring we maintain the highest quality. You will be an important part of the chain creating an inspiring shopping experience.
Position Type: Hourly employment as needed
Start Date: By agreement.
Working Hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
What We Expect
That you are interested in food, enjoy working with customers, and sales is a prerequisite for this role. Below you can see what more is expected of you as a Store Associate at Hemköp:
That you work well in a team, are thorough and quality-conscious. Additionally, you should thrive when the pace is high.
Together with your colleagues, you will handle the daily operations of the store. This means, for example, that you are service and sales-oriented, but also that you have a sense for both details and the bigger picture.
With reference to the Working Environment Act (Chapter 5) and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8 and Appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 16 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.
