As a Store Associate, you will take great responsibility for ensuring that our customers can easily find what they are looking for.
You will ensure that our shelves are well-stocked and that our store is clean and tidy.
Together with your colleagues, you will focus on positive customer service, sales and ensuring we maintain the highest quality. You will be an important part of the chain towards an inspiring store experience.
Position type: Hourly employment as needed.
Start date: By agreement.
Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings and weekends.
What We Expect
That you are interested in food, enjoy working with customers and sales is a prerequisite for the role. Below you can see what more is expected of you as a Store Associate at Hemköp:
That you work well in a team, are thorough and quality-conscious. Moreover, you should enjoy a fast-paced environment.
Together with your colleagues you will handle the daily operations of the store. This means, for example, that you are service and sales-oriented, but also that you have a sense for both details and the bigger picture.
With reference to the Work Environment Act (Chapter 5) and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8 and Appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 16 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.
