As Store Manager, you'll have the chance to lead a dedicated team of passionate snus experts and drive an iconic destination that welcomes around 70,000 visitors annually. About the Role As store manager, you have overall responsibility for leading our Flagship Store on Kungsgatan in Stockholm. Your goal is to create and maintain a world-class iconic brand experience through exceptional customer service, while driving both customer traffic and sales. In your daily work, you take responsibility for budgeting, results reporting, and regular evaluation of the store's performance against our business and operational goals. You follow up and report on business objectives and KPIs, and initiate measures to continuously improve results. Additionally, you ensure we always comply with our Brand Store concept, marketing guidelines, and internal procedures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, to deliver a premium experience in line with our high standards. Beyond operations and strategy, you are a central point of contact for your employees and visitors. Your responsibilities also include: Leading, supporting, and developing your team by acting as a role model and working in line with our values and principles. Creating engagement and strong team spirit with a focus on delivering world-class customer experiences. Leading regular team meetings to build engagement, follow up on results, solve challenges, and ensure everyone works toward the same goals. Responsibility for recruiting and onboarding new employees. Acting as host for major visits from both national and international stakeholders. Who You Are We're looking for someone with solid experience in retail store management or industries with a strong focus on consumer experience, with documented successful results. You have a deep understanding of exceptional customer service and are very well organized and structured as a person. The role requires you to have strong ability to prioritize and balance parallel responsibilities with a holistic perspective – from business development and operations to administration, finances, and personnel matters. You are also a strong communicator who expresses yourself well in both Swedish and English, in writing and verbally.
