In line with our JYSK Leadership Values, you are responsible for ensuring that the store is 100% ready for sales and customers by communicating, leading, and coaching your team on the sales floor. You act based on key metrics, determine what's needed to reach targets, and motivate the team to achieve them. Follow and implement store concept and store routines. Recruit and onboard new colleagues and develop those currently in the team. You're not afraid of physical work and lead by example through selling and performing routine tasks in the store.
