About the Position You are offered a permanent full-time position in a profitable and rapidly growing company. The position is located at an Arken Zoo store in Boländerna. - The position is full-time, 38.25h/week. - Employment contract and salary to be agreed upon. - Working hours: day, evening, and weekend shifts according to schedule. - Start date 2026-11-16 Job Responsibilities The position includes: - Providing excellent customer service every time you work and always helping customers choose the right product. - Being a driven salesperson who loves customer interactions. - Store maintenance, upkeep, unpacking, restocking, and sales. The Store Manager role includes: *Actively working in the store alongside your team *Having personnel and profit responsibility for the store *Ensuring the store is attractive and sales-oriented *Ensuring our customers are satisfied *Developing employees in their roles Qualifications: We are looking for someone with a passion for pets, especially dogs and cats. You should be a dedicated service-minded person with some experience in retail work and sales in retail or grocery trade. Animal care education from secondary school, zoos, etc. is a merit but not required. *Experience in a management position in retail or grocery trade is required as it requires extensive knowledge of business management, personnel leadership, and store operations. *Leadership: experience managing and developing sales staff toward qualitative and quantitative goals. *Scheduling: experience with practical scheduling work in, for example, web-based programs. *Basic IT skills How to Apply Click "Submit Application," fill in the form, and upload your application documents.
