Your Role As a store manager at Lidl, you create the conditions for an inspiring workplace by leading your team, delivering results, and together creating a positive customer experience! You are overall responsible for the store's sales and results and lead the store's management team. For you, the customer always comes first, but it's equally important that you successfully motivate and develop your employees. You do this largely by participating in daily store operations and serving as a role model. The role includes tasks such as: • Deliver excellent customer service in your store • Take full responsibility for the store's results and key metrics by continuously planning, following up, and developing • Lead and motivate your team to perform at their full potential • Ensure daily operations by leading and planning your store's activities • Effectively delegate tasks and motivate your team to reach set key metrics • Optimize store processes through regular analysis • Recruit, onboard, train, and further develop your team Your Profile We're looking for someone with experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment. You have good problem-solving skills and are skilled at planning and delegating tasks. You're driven by your strong customer focus and always prioritize customer experience. Exceeding set goals and maximizing productivity in your work together with your team is a given for you. Beyond that, you're a good communicator and can develop your team and store through feedback. We also see that you: • Have completed upper secondary education or equivalent, preferably with a focus on retail. • Speak and write Swedish fluently. It's a merit if you have previous experience working as a deputy store manager, store manager, or department manager in grocery retail or another service-oriented industry.
