Tempo Hundfjället is seeking staff for the Winter Season 26/27 (Dec-April). We are a small shop located at the base of the ski slopes in Hundfjället Sälen. We also have a Restaurant/Café directly adjacent to the shop. Qualifications and qualities: Service-oriented: Being friendly, helpful, and accommodating to customers is important. Communicative: The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both customers and colleagues is an advantage. Stress-resilient: Work in an environment that can sometimes be stressful. Independent and collaborative: The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is important. Sales-oriented: Being able to offer and sell products to customers is part of the job. Job responsibilities: Customer service: Welcoming customers, answering questions, helping them find items, and providing product advice. Cash handling: Processing payments (our shop is cashless). Inventory management: Unpacking, price marking, and restocking merchandise, as well as ensuring attractive displays. Cleaning and maintenance: Keeping the shop clean and organized. When needed, assist in the restaurant/café: Everyone in the company works as a team to provide our guests with the best service.
