Attend a recruitment event arranged by Connecting Jobs and TENT in Malmö on October 20th. During the event, you will have the opportunity to meet several employers in the logistics industry in one place. Want to train as a bus driver and have excellent opportunities to move on to employment after completing the training? Connecting Jobs collaborates with traffic companies in Skåne that have significant recruitment needs and actively support the project. The goal is to provide motivated candidates with a clear path from training to work as a bus driver. We now offer the opportunity to participate in a free bus driver training program. The training is conducted full-time for approximately 12 weeks in Malmö and provides you with the professional competence needed to work as a bus driver. The aim is for participants who complete the training and meet the employers' recruitment requirements to move on to employment in Skåne. Training Location: Malmö We are looking for: Participants for bus driver training Provisional Start Date: November, December 2026 Training Program Information - The training is conducted full-time for approximately 12 weeks on-site in Malmö. - The training is free for participants, but you must pay for a "Driving License Permission Group 3" when you are admitted. - No salary or other compensation is paid during the training period. - The training provides the professional competence required to work with passenger transport by bus. - The training is conducted entirely in Swedish. - All course materials and all exams are in Swedish Requirements to Participate - You are at least 24 years old. - You have a valid Swedish B driving license. - You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing and can independently understand training materials, instructions, and work-related communication. - You can participate in full-time training throughout the entire training period. Path from Selection to Work 1. Initial Selection: The first selection is conducted in Malmö on October 1st. Time and location will be communicated to candidates who proceed after the preliminary assessment. 2. Tests for Selected Candidates - Swedish language tests, reading comprehension - test drive with a passenger car 3. Training and Examination The training is conducted full-time for approximately 12 weeks. During the training, both theoretical and practical exams are conducted. 4. Work After Successful Training After completing and passing the training, the participant commits to working for at least six months with one of the traffic companies in Skåne that recruit newly graduated bus drivers from the training. The aim after training is employment for participants who complete the training and meet the employers' recruitment requirements. The program offers a clear path from training to work within public transportation. Important: This position is part of an AMIF-funded project aimed at supporting the integration of newly arrived persons from countries outside the EU/EEA into the Swedish labor market.
