About the position
As a bus driver in line traffic at Keolis, you'll get flexible work. You'll drive all routes in the area and all types of buses. Traffic runs 24/7 every day, so your working hours will vary throughout all hours of the day. We prefer that you live near the depot, as you may sometimes start early or finish late. The position involves driving and working according to both EU driving and rest time regulations as well as the Road Work Hours Act. The position is a full-time or on-call employment starting by agreement in fall/winter 2026.
What you need to have
Class D driver's license
Valid Professional Competence Certificate (YKB)*
Swedish in speech and writing
Experience from a service profession is advantageous
It's advantageous if you have a digital driver card
Knowledge of EU driving and rest time regulations and proper operation of tachographs is advantageous
*Since we prioritize finding the right person for the right position, we are prepared in selected cases to offer continuing YKB. This applies, for example, if you obtained your bus driver's license before 2008.

Salary as a bus driver
When you work as a bus driver at Keolis, you receive a salary according to an agreement called the Bus Industry Agreement.
It is an agreement determined together by the union and employers. The salary changes once a year, in October.
Your salary depends on how many years you have worked as a bus driver. To demonstrate this, you need to provide a document called a certificate of service.
Besides your base salary, you may also receive:
• Shift premium (extra pay for working evenings, nights or weekends)
• Holiday pay or vacation days
• Extra pay for overtime
• Other allowances that may apply
