In Jämtland, we are an important part of public transportation, operating scheduled routes on behalf of Länstrafiken and running ski buses in Åre during the winter season.

We are seeking full-time bus drivers for our depots in Duved, Järpen, and Hallen.

Your Responsibilities
As a bus driver, you are an important part of public transportation in Jämtland. You drive both residents and visitors to where they need to go – to work, school, the ski slopes, activities, or further out into the mountains.
During the winter season, you're also part of Skistar's offering in Åre and may drive ski buses, among other duties. We also operate on behalf of Länstrafiken in Jämtland and are responsible for scheduled routes in Åre municipality.
The most important aspect of the role is creating a safe, secure, and smooth journey for our passengers. The weather and roads can sometimes present challenges, but that's also part of the charm of driving a bus in the mountains.
Your Profile
You are someone who enjoys meeting people and thrives on taking responsibility. You have good interpersonal skills, work well with colleagues and traffic control, and stay calm even when circumstances change.
The role requires that you have a D-class driver's license and YKB for buses, as well as a digital tachograph card. You also need to be able to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Experience as a bus driver is certainly a merit, but what matters most to us is that you're confident behind the wheel and want to give our passengers a truly great experience.

About the Recruitment Process
