Your Responsibilities: • Conduct in-depth analyses of business processes, identify opportunities for automation and optimization using AI, create target process maps leveraging AI, and develop compelling business cases for their implementation • Create and manage a structured AI implementation roadmap (roadmap), track progress, milestones, and benefits for ongoing and planned initiatives • Serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders: prepare high-quality decision-making materials, presentations for leadership, and regular status reports for management and the Deutsche Börse Group governance bodies • Monitor AI trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to continuously enhance and refine the AI utilization strategy • Build strong relationships with individual business units to foster a culture of AI-driven innovation, continuously explore AI use case opportunities, and provide expert advice on cutting-edge technologies and best practices Your Profile: • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience with demonstrated success in implementing AI and other advanced artificial intelligence tools to solve real business problems and improve process efficiency • Deep knowledge of the enterprise AI solutions landscape, including major platforms (e.g., Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) and their practical application in corporate environments • Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills, ability to translate complex business requirements into AI solution technical specifications and effectively measure their impact • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), ability to communicate effectively in English across all management levels • Excellent proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • High degree of flexibility, commitment, and ability to handle stressful situations and work under pressure
