Travel within the Nordic region and Europe will occur. Your Role As Business Strategist for Counter-Drone Solutions & AI-Driven Security, you'll be responsible for developing, packaging, and commercializing our offerings in this area. You'll work closely with sales, technical specialists, suppliers, and international colleagues to ensure our solutions meet market needs and strengthen our position as a leading security integrator. The role combines strategic business responsibility with operational development and requires strong market focus, technical understanding, and the ability to turn innovation into concrete business opportunities. The area encompasses drone detection, counter-drone solutions, and AI-based security solutions that enhance customer security and efficiency. You'll also be responsible for evaluating how drones can be used in areas such as patrols, perimeter monitoring, and fire protection. You'll become part of our Business & Offerings team, consisting of 9 employees total, working to develop Securitas Technology's products and services in the Swedish market. You will, among other things: Develop and lead the business area by defining strategy, roadmap, and long-term development plan for drone surveillance, counter-drone solutions, and AI-based security solutions. Take responsibility for offering and product development throughout its lifecycle, from idea and concept to launch, further development, and phase-out, with a focus on competitive and market-adapted solutions. Drive commercialization and growth through market analysis, pricing, launches, marketing activities, and sales support, as well as by identifying new technologies, business opportunities, and strategic partnerships. Build internal and external expertise through market monitoring, training, and knowledge sharing, and represent Securitas Technology in customer dialogues, supplier collaborations, and industry forums. We believe you have: Experience in product management, business development, or offering development within security technology, defense, IT, telecommunications, or related industries. Documented experience developing and launching new products, services, or business areas. Good technical understanding and the ability to translate technology into business value. Experience working with strategic supplier and partner relationships. Knowledge of or strong interest in drone technology, counter-drone solutions, and AI-based analysis. Understanding of relevant regulations within security, AI, and drone technology. Swedish and English fluency in speech and writing.
