About the Role As a Business Controller in Operations at Väderstad, you'll play a central role in supporting and developing the business through analysis, monitoring, and business-oriented controlling. You'll become an important partner to production managers and leaders, contributing financial insights that create the foundation for well-informed decisions and continued development. In this role, you'll work closely with the Operations team and support multiple production and operational areas. You're responsible for classic controller work including financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and monitoring, while maintaining a clear focus on analyzing efficiency, key performance indicators, and improvement opportunities. You will also: Own budget, forecast, and financial statement work within your area. Monitor operational results and identify improvement opportunities through analysis of KPIs and efficiency. Provide close support to production managers and operational leads. Participate in management meetings and contribute financial perspectives to business development. Manage investment tracking and CAPEX matters. Serve as project controller on major investments and development initiatives. This is a role for someone who thrives working close to operations and wants to influence both daily operations and long-term development. We're looking for someone with: At least five years of experience as a Controller An academic degree in finance or equivalent Experience from manufacturing industry Strong business and customer understanding Good system proficiency and experience with various business systems; experience with IFS is a plus Very strong Swedish and English language skills We believe you're an analytical and business-minded person who thrives in an operations-focused role. You're curious about the business, willing to challenge, and contribute perspectives that help the organization make informed decisions.
