What Does the Role Offer?
As a delivery driver for ICA e-commerce, you are responsible for delivering customer orders in a safe, efficient, and customer-focused manner. You load the delivery vehicle, plan your deliveries based on the assigned route, and ensure that the right products reach the right customer on time.
The work is independent and suits you if you enjoy being behind the wheel, value customer contact, and want an active part-time position with varying work days. You will work from all ICA Maxi stores in the Gothenburg area that offer home delivery: Torslanda, Kungälv, Kungsbacka, and Gothenburg (Mölndal).
Working hours are Monday to Friday and vary between the following times:
08:50–17:14
10:50–19:14
12:46–21:10
Some variation in working hours may occur.
Your main responsibilities are to:
Load and organize customer orders in the delivery vehicle
Deliver grocery bags to private individuals in the Gothenburg area
Ensure deliveries are completed correctly and on schedule
Provide customers with friendly and professional service
Handle goods carefully throughout the delivery
Who Are You?
We are looking for a reliable and responsible driver with a natural service-oriented mindset. You enjoy working independently, take responsibility for meeting deadlines, and maintain professionalism even when the pace is high. Since the job involves loading and delivering grocery bags, you should also appreciate an active and physically engaging work environment.
This is a part-time position, which means you need to have another primary occupation of at least 50 percent, such as studies or work. You also need to be able to work at least 2–3 days per week.
For this position, you need to:
Have a Class B driver's license without probation
Be a confident and experienced driver
Be able to work at different ICA Maxi stores in the Gothenburg area
Be punctual, thorough, and responsible
Have good customer service skills and a friendly approach to customer interactions
Be able to work independently and solve problems that arise during deliveries
Speak and write Swedish fluently
Have another primary occupation of at least 50 percent, such as studies or work
Be able to work at least 2–3 days per week
Previous experience in delivery driving, distribution, e-commerce, or customer service is a merit, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and take responsibility for both customers and deliveries.
