SMT Logistics AB is growing together with one of Sweden's leading logistics operators and is therefore seeking responsible and experienced delivery drivers for our temperature-controlled transport operations in Gothenburg. We're looking for someone who puts quality, accuracy, and service first – every day, every delivery. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Delivery of temperature-sensitive goods to private customers, stores, and pickup points. Daily handling of mobile phone, scanning procedures, and documentation. Loading, unloading, and responsibility for the condition of the goods. Customer contact and delivery with high service standards. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU As a delivery driver, you are the company's face to the outside world and ensure that every delivery arrives on time with a smile. We're looking for someone who is responsible, service-oriented, and enjoys independent work out on the road. You have good physical condition, are punctual and thorough, and spread a positive attitude when meeting customers. With flexibility and a solution-focused approach, you ensure that every delivery is a smooth experience for both you and the recipient. REQUIREMENTS At least 1 year of documented experience with home deliveries, courier work, or distribution driving. You are used to working in a structured and independent manner. Valid B driver's license and very good driving experience in city traffic, on highways, and motorways. You navigate smoothly even under time pressure. Good knowledge of Swedish – both spoken and written. Communication with customers and colleagues is a central part of the job. Physical stamina and experience with active work. You have no problem carrying packages, grocery bags, and other goods up stairs when needed. Comfortable with technology. You work easily with apps and digital tools to manage routes, notifications, and delivery confirmations. MERITS Good local knowledge of Gothenburg and other parts of the Västra Götaland region.
