Our company is looking for skilled and reliable workers for the position of grinder in metal fabrication, who are interested in stable and long-term employment on a full-time basis. We specialize in the production of components for the construction industry, specifically inspection hatches, inspection doors, and chimney doors. Workers in this position focus on grinding welds and finishing metal parts to their final form. The job involves working with grinding tools, removing irregularities, and ensuring the required surface quality of products before further processing or assembly. Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and an eye for precision are important, as the quality of finishing affects both the appearance and functionality of the products. This is manual work in a manufacturing environment, primarily at workstations, with emphasis on following work and safety procedures. Single-shift operation with a work week of 40 h/week.
