We offer you: a varied job on the move together with a great group of colleagues opportunity to develop within CityMail over time closer proximity to work We are looking for someone who: is at least 18 years old has basic knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing has a B driver's license or moped license enjoying physical work is comfortable operating vehicles that you have a license/permit for (bicycle, moped, car) It is a merit if you have a B driver's license or moped license. It is also a merit if you have experience from similar work, but for us your background is not the most important thing. We value your commitment, attention to detail, and work attitude, and therefore place great emphasis on your personal qualities during the recruitment process. What does a workday look like? Operations are open on regular weekdays (non-holiday). Working hours are distributed between 07:00-16:30. The workday begins with preparation of today's distribution, where you and your colleagues sort today's mail and packages. After that, distribution takes place within the area. We primarily use electric bicycles for delivery, but you may also use a golf cart and regular bicycle depending on which delivery route you have for the day. When all letters and packages have been delivered, you return to the office and finish with administration and preparation for tomorrow's work together with your colleagues. Employment Type This position is a so-called temporary hourly position where each work shift constitutes a separate fixed-term employment. You will work varying hours and scope, depending on the day and needs. We would prefer that you are available to work up to full-time during daytime. To ensure you have the right conditions to succeed, employment begins with an introduction. Salary Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. A salary scale applies for both regular and temporary employees. Starting salary/hour is 150 (incl. 12% vacation pay) which corresponds to 134 kr (excl. 12% vacation pay). Interested?
