We offer you: a varied job on the move together with a great group of colleagues the opportunity to develop within CityMail over time proximity to the workplace We are looking for you who: are at least 18 years old have basic knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing have a B-category driver's license or moped license enjoy physical work are comfortable operating vehicles that you have a license/permit for (bicycle, moped, car) It is a merit if you have experience from similar work, but for us, your background is not the most important thing. We value your commitment, attention to detail, and work attitude, and therefore place great emphasis on your personal qualities during the recruitment process. What does a work day look like? The operation is open on regular weekdays. Working hours are distributed between 07:00-16:30. The work day begins with preparation of the day's delivery, where you and your colleagues sort today's mail and packages. After that, delivery takes place in the area. We primarily use electric bicycles for delivery, but you may also use a car, moped, and regular bicycle depending on which delivery route you have for the day. When all letters and packages have been delivered, you return to the office and finish with administration and preparation for tomorrow's work together with your colleagues. Type of Employment This position is a so-called hourly employment where each work shift constitutes a separate fixed-term employment. You will work varying hours and workload, depending on the day and need. We would like you to be available to work up to full-time during daytime hours. To ensure you have the right conditions to succeed, employment will begin with an introduction. Salary Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. A salary scale is applied for both regular and hourly employees. Starting salary/hour is 150 (incl. 12% vacation pay) which corresponds to 134 kr (excl. 12% vacation pay). Interested?
