We offer you: a varied job in motion together with a great group of colleagues opportunity to develop within CityMail over time closeness to the job We are looking for you who: are at least 18 years old have basic knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing enjoy physical work are comfortable operating vehicles that you have a driver's license/operating permit for (bicycle, moped, car) It is a merit if you have a B-category driver's license or moped operating permit. It is also a merit if you have experience from similar work, but for us your background is not the most important thing. We value your commitment, eye for detail, and attitude toward work, and therefore place great emphasis on your personal qualities during the recruitment process. What does the workday look like? Operations are open on weekdays, excluding holidays. Working hours are distributed between 08:00-17:30. The workday begins with preparation of today's delivery, where you and your colleagues sort today's mail and packages. Following this, delivery takes place within the area. We primarily use e-bikes for delivery, but you may also use a car, depending on which delivery route you have for the day. When all letters and packages have been delivered, you return to the office and finish with administrative tasks and preparation for tomorrow's work together with your colleagues. Employment type This position is a so-called hourly employment where each work shift constitutes a separate fixed-term employment. You will work varying hours and scope, depending on the day and needs. We would like you to be available to work up to full-time during daytime hours. To ensure you have the right conditions to succeed, employment begins with an introduction. Salary Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. Salary progression applies for both permanent and hourly employees. Starting salary/hour is 150 (incl. 12% vacation compensation) which equals 134 kr (excl. 12% vacation compensation). Interested?
