We are now looking for more colleagues for Johanneshov/Enskede We offer you: a varied job on the move together with a great team of colleagues the opportunity to develop within CityMail over time close proximity to work We are looking for you who: are at least 18 years old have basic knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing have a B driving license or a moped license enjoy physical work are comfortable operating vehicles that you have a license/permit for (bicycle, moped, car) It is a plus if you have a B driving license or a moped license. It is also a plus if you have experience from similar work, but for us your background is not the most important thing. Operations are open during regular weekdays (excluding holidays). Working hours are distributed between 07:00-16:30. The workday begins with preparing today's delivery, where you and your colleagues sort the day's mail and packages. After that, delivery takes place in the area. We primarily use e-bikes for delivery, but you may also use a car, moped, and regular bicycle depending on which delivery route you have for the day. Once all letters and packages have been delivered, you return to the office and finish with administrative tasks and preparation for tomorrow's work together with your colleagues. Employment Form The position is a so-called hourly employment where each work shift constitutes a separate fixed-term employment. You will work varying hours and scope, depending on the day and needs. We would prefer that you are available to work up to full-time during daytime hours. To ensure you have the right conditions to succeed, employment begins with an introduction. Salary Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. A salary scale is applied for both regular and hourly employees. Starting salary/hour is 150 (incl. 12% vacation compensation) which corresponds to 134 kr (excl. 12% vacation compensation).
