Building Superintendent/Property Caretaker at Riksbyggen in Stockholm

Riksbyggen is growing alongside our customers. We are now expanding our operations and seeking Building Superintendents for the Stockholm Market Area. As a Building Superintendent at Riksbyggen, you will have an important role and become part of a customer team that manages daily operations.
You make a difference with us
In your role as Building Superintendent, you will be responsible for maintenance, upkeep, and simple technical matters in some of our rental properties. You will be the property manager's extended arm. You work closely with our customers and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure high comfort and functionality in our properties. The position of Building Superintendent is a varied and independent job with autonomy.
Your daily work includes, among other things:
Corrective maintenance based on fault reports
Troubleshooting simple technical problems
Ordering and implementing minor services and repairs
Handling daily contact with residents, contractors, and suppliers
Stairwell information and other communication to residents
Inspections at move-in and move-out
You contribute with your expertise and commitment
We are looking for someone with upper secondary education and/or vocational training focused on property operations or management. We would appreciate if you have experience from trades such as electrical work and/or plumbing. As a person, you are social, able to see our customers' needs, and genuinely committed to serving our customers. You want to help create a good living environment.
We see that you have:
Experience in property management and building maintenance at a comprehensive level
Good knowledge of technical installations and systems
Experience in customer-facing work and strong communication skills
Understanding of the laws, regulations, and ordinances that affect a property company
Good knowledge of office software and experience with administrative work
Experience working with digital tools and system support
You hold a B-category driver's license
You can communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
