We at Frösunda Omsorg are looking for you to work as a residential support worker at Borggårdsallen's Group Housing in Staffanstorp. Do you want to be part of our team? As a residential support worker, you work at one of our residences supporting, motivating and stimulating individuals' own ability to perform activities in daily life. You work to provide each client with individualized support that helps them create structure, routines and planning in their everyday life. Residential support is granted for people with different types of disabilities, which is why individuals' skills, needs and development guide our efforts. The goal is to create conditions for an active and meaningful life in a safe and comfortable environment. The duties of a residential support worker include documentation, creating implementation plans and case management. Examples of work tasks: Daily chores such as cleaning, shopping, cooking, making beds Documentation and reporting Outings, walks, exercise and activities Personal care such as hygiene, showering, toilet visits, support, social presence Support and motivate the client for increased independence in their daily life Working hours are arranged according to clients' needs and vary between day, evening and night shifts, both weekdays and weekends. About Borggårdsallen The facility is a group housing consisting of 6 individual apartments connected by corridors and fine common areas. The facility is located in Staffanstorp and it is very easy to get there from Malmö and Lund, by car or by public transport, with a bus stop adjacent to the facility. Who are we looking for? We are looking for you with a big heart and a desire to make a difference. We would like you to enjoy working with people and have a strong sense of service. And that you find it easy to collaborate with others and have the ability to be flexible and responsive when needed. We would like you to be a nursing assistant, childcare worker or have other equivalent education. It is highly meritorious if you have previous experience working with LSS and have care experience. It is a requirement to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. We would like you to have good physical ability. Other information Employment type: Probationary - Permanent employment Extent: 80%-85% Start date: according to agreement We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement.
