Bookkeeper / Finance Manager Full-time Famora Foods AB is now seeking an experienced bookkeeper responsible for the company's finance function, including ongoing bookkeeping, payroll administration, and year-end accounting. About the Position As a bookkeeper/finance manager with us, you'll have a varied role with significant responsibility. You'll work closely with the operations in a company where you get to help modernize and influence our processes. The role includes: Ongoing bookkeeping according to K3 regulations Payroll administration, including employment-related HR matters related to payroll, collective agreements, and employment terms Handling periodic and annual financial statements Contact with auditors, authorities, and other external parties Establishing procedures Improving efficiency and implementing digital processes and integrations Who Are You? We're looking for someone with several years of experience in a broad finance role who enjoys combining bookkeeping and accounting with payroll administration. You are thorough, organized, and accustomed to independently driving your work forward. We're looking for: At least 5 years of professional experience in finance work at a mid-sized company At least a vocational degree as an accounting economist Experience with ongoing bookkeeping according to K3 Experience with payroll administration and HR matters related to payroll and collective agreements Good system skills, Visma Administration and Visma Lön (experience with other accounting and payroll systems is a plus) Experience with year-end accounting Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written It's a plus if you have worked in the food industry or other manufacturing, but it's not required. As a person, you are service-oriented, communicative, and work well with colleagues at different levels in the organization. You stay organized even when the pace is high, and you thrive with multiple projects going on. Other: The workplace is located in Onslunda, approximately 15 km north of Uppsala. A driver's license and car are a must (unless you live nearby) as there is no public transportation in the area.
